The purpose of this research is to give a voice to teachers who are currently working in rural community schools (CRAs) to obtain the real picture of education in their environment. The study focuses on a) the regulations and educational policy of CRAs, b) the influence of technology and depopulation in rural communities, c) differences and similarities between urban and rural schools, and d) the conditions that help and hinder the work of teachers in CRAs.
