The Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers (2008) highlighted the importance to improve the employment and support for researchers and researcher careers in higher education in the UK. In light of this, Nottingham Business School (NBS)is committed to establish a long-term career path for early career researchers, not only to attract talented researchers but also to prepare itself to become a strong contender among the prestigious universities in a similar field.
