Home Hospitalization is an alternative to conventional hospitalization potentially bringing several advantages, from greater patient comfort to better available beds ́ management. Taking advantage of a literature-based method created for evaluating management practices in HHUs, tested through 17 interviews, an analysis was made to their functioning, enabling to see which practices should be kept (such as the way teams are built) and which should be corrected (like patients ́ admission process). Afterwards, recommendations are presented, aimed at hospital coordinators (namely keeping track of former patients) and national coordinators (like promoting telemonitoring), to help generalizing HH across the NHS
