This paper mainly aims at investigating the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behaviour in the relationship between transformational leadership behaviour and organizational performance as well as the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behaviour in the relationship between psychological ownership, working environment, employee involvement, incentives, and employee motivation, and organizational performance.
