Research on transport enterprise technological development directions

The paper deals with the problem of transport enterprise technological development and its use as a tool for assurance the transport enterprise competitive and the quality of services. The ever-changing market for transport services poses challenges to meet the needs of users and providers. The growing and very fast processing of transport enterprise information provides an opportunity for new ways of communicating with the enterprise’s suppliers / consumers. The innovativeness of the production processes of the transport enterprise, its productivity and the quality of its production are completely dependent on the information transfer technologies used in the enterprise. Qualitative research identified technological development disruptions in transport companies. It has been defined, that transport enterprise needs to update and improve their technology constantly in order to succeed in the competitive market. Article in Lithuanian. Nuolat kintanti transporto paslaugų rinka kelia iššūkius prisitaikyti prie paslaugų gavėjų ir teikėjų reikalavimų. Didėjantis ir labai greitas transporto įmonės informacijos apdorojimas suteikia galimybę naujiems bendravimo su įmonės tiekėjais / vartotojais variantams. Transporto įmonės gamybinių procesų inovatyvumas, darbo našumas ir produkcijos kokybė visapusiškai priklauso nuo įmonėje naudojamų informacijos perdavimo technologijų. Kokybinio tyrimo būdu buvo identifikuoti technologinės plėtros trikdžiai transporto įmonėse. Nustatyta, kad, norėdamos sėkmingai dirbti rinkos konkurencijos sąlygomis, transporto įmonės turi nuolat atnaujinti ir tobulinti technologijas.
