EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN KONSEP SMART PEOPLE DALAM MEMBANGUN SMART VILLAGE DI KAMPUNG BANJARAN HILIR KABUPATEN MAJALENGKA (STUDI PADA DIMENSI SMART PEOPLE)

The Research titled “The Effectiveness of the smart village in the development of human resources in Kampung Banjaran Hilir Kabupaten Majalengka (study in smart people dimension). Background of this research is to arraign recognition of Banjaran Hilir as smart village. Focus on how effectiveness smart village concept in the development of human resources di Banjaran Hilir, whatever be a barrier in the application of smart village and how the ideal model of smart village concept in Banjaran Hilir.Effectiveness in this research which is the concept of Sondang P. Siagian while to smart village derive from Smart City Communication and Innovation Center (SCCIC), Lembaga Ilmu Penelitian Indonesia (LIPI) and Boyd Cohen. This study using qualitative research method and the informan was chosen to use sampling techniques purposive and snowballing sampling. Techniques to collection data in this research with observation, interviews and from supporting document with the main instrument in this research is his writer own. Data analysis technique such as by data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion.The result of this study that the application of the concept of smart village in development of human resources in Banjaran Hilir enough effective because they met 4 from 8 indicators set by Sondang P. Siagian, but in the application not integrated the technology information and communication from LIPI. The resistor factor namely the absence of an electronic device, the absence of the particular internet network for operating program (Wifi), funding not yet stable and places and implementation time that is inadequate. The ideal model of smart village concept in Banjaran Hilir namely involving the government, private sector, academics and the community, then must have a smart house that became the center of activities and will spawn programs to the problem and needs in Banjaran Hilir
