The increase in the amount of waste from health care, coupled with the deficiency in the management of these materials has generated great concern regarding the negative impact it has on the population's health and the environment. Faced with this problem, we sought learning more about the management of waste within Health Care (Health Care’s Waste management practices = RSS) developed with a focus on sustainability, through a systematic review.
