LA ECONOMÍA SOLIDARIA EN COLOMBIA: UNA REVISIÓN CONCEPTUAL, ECONÓMICA Y NORMATIVA

The objective of the article is to characterize the solidarity economy in Colombia, in such a way that it allows identifying the business reality of this type of entities in the country from the legal, economic and nancial spheres. The methodology used is qualitative with an exploratory and descriptive scope, in this study a documentary review of publications and an analysis of the nancial information reported between the periods 2010 to 2019 by the companies supervised by the Superintendence of Solidarity Economy is carried out. From the analysis it is found that there is a regulatory homogeneity emphasized in cooperatives over other types of associations, in economic terms there is a concentration in terms of the supply of services oriented to the nancial sector and under the framework of nancial analysis there is an excess of use in liabilities in the sector.El artículo tiene como objetivo caracterizar la economía solidaria en Colombia, de tal forma que permita identificar la realidad empresarial de este tipo de entidades en el país desde los ámbitos jurídico, económico y financiero. La metodología utilizada es de tipo cualitativa con un alcance exploratorio y descriptivo, en el presente estudio se realiza una revisión documental de publicaciones y un análisis la información financiera reportada entre los periodos 2010 a 2019 por las empresas supervisadas por la Superintendencia de Economía Solidaria. A partir del análisis se encuentra que existe una homogeneidad normativa enfatizada en las cooperativas por sobre otro tipo de asociaciones, en términos económicos se observa una concentración en cuanto a la oferta de servicios orientados al sector financiero y bajo el marco del análisis financiero se presenta un exceso del uso en los pasivos en el sector
