Vrste artikulacionih odstupanja suglasničkih skupova u govoru dece oštećenog sluha

The goal of this paper was to examine the types of articulation errors on consonant clusters in the speech of children with hearing impairment. The types of errors were examined in relation to the sex, age and level of hearing damage. Also, we examined the influence of speech-language therapy on articulation errors. The sample consisted of 30 children with hearing impairment, aged 4-7 years, including 17 girls and 13 boys. The structure of the participants in relation to the level of hearing impairment was 9 children with profound impairment, 10 with severe impairment and 11 with moderate hearing damage. The experimental procedure included the formulation of a language corpus for examining consonant clusters, formulation of an error rating scale for these segments of speech and a double analysis of the examined occurrences, including auditory and spectrogram analysis of the communicated consonant clusters. Results show that there as a rule there is the presence of articulation errors relative to the consonant group and the complexity of the phonetic combination within the consonant cluster. Also results were obtained that show that the degree of hearing impairment, age and the duration of the period in which the subject had undergone speech-language therapy influence the presence and type of articulation errors on consonant clusters in the speech of children with hearing impairment.Cilj rada je bio da se ispitaju vrste artikulacionih odstupanja suglasničkih skupova u govoru dece oštećenog sluha. Vrste artikulacionih odstupanja su ispitivane u odnosu na pol, uzrast, stepen oštećenja sluha. Takođe je i ispitivan uticaj govorno - jezičke rehabilitacije na odstupanje suglasničkih skupova. Uzorak je obuhvatao 30 dece oštećenog sluha uzrasta od 4 do 7 godina i to 17 devojčica i 13 dečaka. Struktura uzorka u odnosu na stepen oštećenja sluha je bio 9 dece sa veoma teškim oštećenjem sluha, 10 sa teškim oštećenjem i 11 sa umereno teškim oštećenjem sluha. Eksperimentalni postupak je podrazumevao formulisanje jezičkog korpusa za ispitivanje suglasničkih skupova, formiranje skale odstupanja ovih govornih segmenata i dvostruku analizu ispitivane4 pojave i to auditivnu procenu i spektrogramsku analizu izgovorenih suglasničkih skupova. Rezultati pokazuju da postoji određena pravilnost u zastupljenosti artikulacionih odstupanja u odnosu na suglasničku grupu i u odnosu na složenost fonemske kombinacije unutar suglasničkog skupa. Takođe su dobijeni rezultati koji ukazuju da stepen oštećenja sluha, uzrast i dužina trajanja govorno-jezičke rehabilitacije utiču na zastupljenost i vrstu artikulacionih odstupanja suglasničkih skupova u govoru dece oštećenog sluha
