The aim of the work was to show the influence and importance of organizational culture on employee motivation. Theses, reflections and conclusions from the work were based on the literature, documents of the studied organizations and the results of the research. The tools used in the research were a questionnaire that allows to objectively and accurately assess the culture of the organization and its importance for employee motivation. Each organizational culture is characterized by a variety of forms and expressions and undoubtedly creates a unique atmosphere that allows one company to be distinguished from the other. This phenomenon can certainly be observed in the examined unit
