Synthesis and studies of indole derivatives activities in light-initiated process of receiving of β-carboline derivatives

W niniejszej pracy opracowana została efektywna metoda syntezy pochodnych (2-etoksy-2-oksoetylo)tryptofanianu metylu z łatwo dostępnego indolu. Tak otrzymane związki zostały następnie wykorzystane do opracowania metodologii syntezy pochodnych β-karbolin z wykorzystaniem katalizy fotoredoks. W celu dobrania najlepszych warunków reakcji przebadano szereg katalizatorów, stosowany rozpuszczalnik, czas prowadzenia reakcji, wykorzystywane źródło światła oraz ilość stosowanego katalizatora. W wyniku prowadzonych badań opracowana została dogodna metoda syntezy β-karbolin pozwalająca na niemal ilościową konwersję substratu.In the present work, an efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of (2-ethoxy-2-oxoethyl)methyl tryptophanate derivatives from readily available indole. The compounds so obtained were then used to develop a methodology for the synthesis of β-carbolines derivatives using photoredox catalysis. In order to select the best reaction conditions, a series of catalysts, the solvent used, the reaction time, the light source used and the amount of catalyst used were investigated. As a result of the research, a convenient method for the synthesis of β-carbolines was developed that allows for near quantitative conversion of the substrate
