In dieser Arbeit betrachteten wir zwei Parameter des Gleichgewichtssinns und ihre Bedeutung in der Diagnostik des endolymphatischen Hydrops. Die subjektive visuelle Vertikale (SVV) ist ein Parameter, der die Funktion des Utrikulus widerspiegelt und mit verschiedenen Methoden bestimmt werden kann. Die subjektive posturale Vertikale (SPV) ist ein propriozeptiver Parameter, der bei Rumpfexkursion bestimmt werden kann. In der Literatur finden sich zudem Angaben zu verkippter SVV bei gesunden Probanden bei Kopfneigung.
