The subject of research and development is the technology of directional laying of engineering horizontal inclined wells intended both for exploration drilling and for laying engineering communications by the method of static puncture, as well as installations for their implementation. Laying engineering communications in urban and industrial environments is a common problem, and the existing technologies do not fully meet the increased requirements for the accuracy of working out the specified trajectories and efficiency of wells development.
