The aim of the paper is to analyse the managers and business owners’ vision Hunedoara County from a managerial communication perspective, depending on the age on the market, as well as the turnover. The study is based on a questionnaire containing 14 questions, distributed online, and applied to a group of over 500 companies in Hunedoara County between September 13, 2020 - September 30, 2020. We received answers from 34 companies, which are the basis of the research.
