The article discusses the construction of a digital terrain model in various programs, which will be used for the vertical planning design. One of the major challenges in this area is the creation of an accurate and realistic surface, which will give an opportunity to create a quality and compliant site. To solve this problem and analyze, a model of the same territory and the same initial data has been built.
