Hosted by the Center for Health Interprofessional Programs, University of Minnesota, the CLARION National Interprofessional Case Competition is designed to give healthcare students an interprofessional teamwork experience. In 2021, JCIPE sent a strong team consisting of two pharmacy students, Jordan Mak & Cat-Trinh Phan, and two nursing students, Francesca Girone & Mary Lloyd, to represent Jefferson. Our team successfully developed an innovative solution proposal to build a better healthcare system by conducting a root-cause analysis of a fictionalized event.
