However, cohabitation with other barbarian kingdoms and interaction in the late 5th or early 6th centuries are less well known. The sources on the subject are few, but they inform us, on one hand, about official and diplomatic interaction (alliances, disagreements, embassies, gifts, personalities of ambassadors), and, on the other hand, migration, either forced or voluntary exile, mainly from Africa towards the Ostrogoth kingdom.
