International audienceIn the context of a discursive infatuation for transmedia, this article encourages us to deconstruct the representations on which transmedia promotion is based. The semantic confusion around this term seems to be an advantage for its own publicity. It allows transmedia to be perceived as an innovative and creative phenomenon.
