Context: The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of instable and stable surface on such proprioceptive exercises following ankle ligament injury.Method: A systematic review of the databases PUBmed, the Cochrane library, PEDro, Kinédoc, Google scholar, ResearchGate in addition to manual searching databases wasconducted. Given the heterogeneity of results, no meta-analysis was conducted. The methodological quality of the literature was reviewed using the R-AMSTAR scale tool (32/44).Results: We included a total of 6 studies for analysis.
