Introduction: Ankle sprains are the cause of 7 to 10% of French hospital emergency room visits and 32 to 74% suffer from chronic symptoms at 7-year intervals. With high economic costs generated by this pathology and the disabling consequences, it is important to set up low-cost screening methods.Objective: Can a functional test predict the occurrence of an ankle sprain?Method: Pubmed, Cochrane, web of science and grey literature databases were consulted.
