Background: The swimmer’s shoulder syndrom is a very common pathology among swimmers, especially high level swimmers. It’s caused by an inbalanced muscular ratio. Can we treat yhis syndrom by working on this inbalance ?Purpose: A group of swimmers performs muscular strenghtening exercises focused on external rotators combined to aquatic practise, while an other group which is similar from the start, keeps swimming regularly as usual.
