Background: Heart failure is a medical condition indicating that the heart pump is no longer able to provide sufficient blood flow to meet the needs of the body. The multidisciplinary management set up involves several actors.Objective: We will measure the effect of physical activity on quality of life and on other parameters: 6MWT, LVEF. The interest of the study is to assessthe effectiveness of this management on patients with heart failure.
