ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Leader Member Exchange terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh variable Job Embeddedness. Data dikumpulkan dari 155 karyawan showroom mobil Banda Aceh dengan teknik metode stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Embeddedness dan Job Satisfaction. Job Embeddedness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention. Selain itu, Job Embeddedness terbukti memediasi secara parsial hubungan Leader Member Exchange terhadap Job Satisfaction.
