The purpose of this document was to measure the effects of 16 weeks of highintensity multimodal interval training (HIIT-MM) on anthropometric and physical performance variables of young soccer athletes. Twenty U-17 soccer players were randomized into two groups: HIIT-MM (n = 10; 6 x 1 min: 3 min) and traditional strength training (TRAD; n = 10; ~ 45-60% 1RM) for 16 weeks.
