Organizational intelligence is considered as one of the prerequisites of organizational success and helps the organizations to achieve their missions. The purpose of this article is to diagnose a university’s business intelligence. The indicators of organizational intelligence (strategic vision, shared fate, appetite for change, alignment, performance pressure, knowledge deployment and sprit) were measured in academic members in Shahrekord selected Universities, Iran.
