This study used descriptive survey research method with a sample size of 263 parents/guardians of children aging nine(9) years and above who were enrolled in Grade IV for the School Year 2015-2016 and was eligible for the School-Based Dengue Vaccination Program offered by the government of General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite but did not avail the vaccine. The respondents were chosen through convenience sampling. The researchers used a self-made questionnaire. Frequency distribution was used to treat the data gathered.
