This study used the descriptive-survey approach. A total of 32 respondents were included in the study. They were selected using stratified random sampling. The researchers used two (2) questionnaires to gather data to determine the job satisfaction and job performance. Statistical treatments such as frequency, mean, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, percentage and T-test were used. Based on the findings, the following conclusions were drawn: (1) The level of job satisfaction of the respondents in the diagnostic area is highly satisfied. In the therapeutic area, the level of job satisfaction is interpreted as satisfied; (2) The level of job performance of the radiologic technologists in the diagnostic area is very competent.
