This study is particularly aimed to determine the work compliance in terms of absences and tardiness of the respondents. A descriptive quantitative research design was utilized in this study where in the researchers used non-probability purposive sampling method. A total number of 50 participants from three (3) selected rehabilitation centers took part in this study. The inclusion criterion for this study includes male and female inpatients and outpatients alcohol use disorder who are undergoing rehabilitation at the selected rehabilitation centers in Tagaytay City and have a history of employment in any line of work during the time they have been experiencing the symptoms of alcohol use disorder or patients that were still working despite ...
