This study utilized a quantitative, non-experimental, correlational research design. Using the purposive sampling, this study included 116 radiologic technologists who were employed in either private or government hospitals categorized as level 3 or tertiary. The research instrument used were self-made questionnaires. This study also utilized frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for independent means, One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Duncan\u27s multiple range test, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
