This study utilized a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive research design. The number of respondents were 37 elderly clients aged 65-75 years old, with sound mind, coherent and participative, regardless of presence of acute and or chronic diseases and/or physical disabilities, available and willing to answer the questionnaire during data gathering. Respondents were selected using purposive or judgemental sampling. Data was analysed using frequency distribution, mean, t-test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Mann-Whitney test.
