This study utilized a non-experimental descriptive type of research. The respondents of the study were composed of 100 diabetic amputees in selected areas in Cavite, Laguna and Batangas. Respondents were chosen using non-probability snowball sampling. The research tool used for data gathering was adapted from Dr. Morris Rosenberg’s Self-Esteem Scale (sociology Department of University of Maryland, 2013). Data was analysed using percentage, mean, t-test, and f-test.
