The correlation method was used in the analysis and interpretation of the result in the study. Out of 220 non-teaching staff, 202 participated as respondents. A self-made questionnaire was used to gather data. The data obtained was treated using the following statistical tools: mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. Results showed that (1) most of the respondents are 18 to 27 years old, female, married, regular employees, have two (2) to three (3) social networking sites that they access from 30 minutes to less than one (1) hour a day; (2) the respondents found social networking as useful to a moderate extent to their personal lives; (3) the respondents found social networking has a low ne...
