The study utilized a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive research design involving a simple random sampling of 100 respondents, where 50 respondents were from Special Health Sciences Senior High School of De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute and 50 respondents were from Congressional National High School-Dasmarinas. The National Drug IQ Challenge (2010), MDMA (ecstasy) quiz, Marijuana Quiz and Heads up: Methamphetamine-A quiz were used to develop an adapted-modified tool consisting of 15 multiple-choice questions that focused on the top three (3) drugs in the Philippines namely, shabu, marijuana and ecstasy.
