A descriptive quantitative research was used to conduct this study. Purposive sampling was used to collect data with 99 patients as respondents. The self-administered survey questionnaire was distributed and data were collected at the TB DOTS clinics from March 13 to May 20, 2019. The survey questionnaire was made in English and Tagalog and contained 2 parts: the first part contains the demographic information of the respondents, the second part contains seven (7) questions for each factor (family structure, stigma, health care system, disease and medication related and socio-economic).
