Technology has been widely used to help make the lives of people better. The study primarily aims to establish the influence of information found in Facebook profiles of each applicant over the perception of prospective employers in the Philippine setting. Since the study was based from a paper conducted in the United States of America, the researchers decided to explore if this type of hiring process exists in the Philippines and to what extent does it have an effect on the perception of employers.
