Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), a virus that targets the immune system of an infected individual, continues to spread in some countries in Asia and the Pacific despite the global decline of the infection. In the Philippines, the virus continues to spread among ages 25 to 34, males and females, in Region 4B and Region 8. Using the relative risk, the global Moran\u27s I values are computed and analyzed to study the presence of spatial autocorrelation. The expected values of the global Moran\u27s I in each region are then used to identify the presence of positive and negative spatial autocorrelation.
