The study aimed to determine if there is a relationship between organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. This mainly focused on the hospitality industry found in Malate, Manila. The study used Deshpande, Farley and Webster\u27s model of organizational culture. Organizational effectiveness would be in terms of profitability, sales growth and growth assets. All in all, the study collected a total of 45 respondents from selected hotels and restaurants in Malate, Manila. The data were analyzed with the use of Pearson\u27s Chi-square.
