Information systems plan for ABC Food Corporation (ISP-ABC)

The study aimed to develop a three-year Information Systems plan for ABC Food Corporation. The proponents gathered information about the company through interviews and ocular investigations, and used the information to determine the critical success factors and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company. These paved the way for an effective analysis of the company\u27s problems through the fishbone diagram and the company surveys. The study presented strategies and recommendations for the company. These included Information Systems, Information Technology and Information Management Strategies. The recommendations were for all the levels of the company as well as for future researchers and developers. The group proposed to develop information systems for the inventory, sales, accounting, human resource, marketing, production departments and the top management. An information flow was also suggested to the company. For IT,PC and server upgrades plus PC acquisitions were recommended.
