This dissertation is an attempt to come up with a substantive theory that supports and explains the stakeholders experiences with the Dominican mission of education in the Dominican learning institutions in the Philippines. The expressions and thoughts of the twenty six participants ranging from Dominican administrators to students as regards their meaningful encounter with the educational mission of the Dominicans, were analyzed and coded using the Barney Glasers original grounded theory methodology.
