The study explores the influences of separated parents and single-parenthood on their adolescent childs family life, social experiences and romantic relationship. 10 Filipino adolescents were asked to participate in an in-depth interview with questions that are related with the 3 different relationships. For the group who belonged to a separated family home, 6 themes were formulated life (Role Playing, Emotional Outlet, Problematic, Parental Interaction, Sibling Interaction and Personal Growth). For the social factor, 4 themes were formulated (Feeling, Coping, Belief and Personal Growth). Finally, for the romantic life factor, 3 themes were formed (Belief, Principles, and Romantic Problems).
