For the past two world wars, states have proved that they have the power to create chaos and instability in the international system. It is without a doubt that security issues have been at the center of focus during the World War era and even up to the contemporary period. This paper aimed to find out the approach of the international system towards state aggressors. In particular, this study scrutinized how aggressive states, Germany and North Korea as exemplars, were perceived as security threats and examined the securitization of these states by the international system.
