Early motherhood is prevalent to the present society. This study aims to identify the model of work life balance that young mothers have achieved. Works pertain to academic and other school related activities while life pertains to child care and maternal responsibilities. Three (3) factors are said to affect the young mothers achievement to work life balance specifically, family structure, peer structure, and personal initiatives. Researchers determined how these variables assist the young mothers work life balance. This study used a descriptive analysis of the said process.
