The study was conducted to identify the ectoparasites and endoparasites in chickens (Sasso and Dekalb white) and livestock (cattle, water buffaloes, sheep and goats) at the Salikneta Farm - De La Salle Araneta University located at Barangay Tungkong Mangga, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan covering six visits between June – October 2011. Ectoparasites and endoparasites were collected from Sasso and Dekalb white chickens, cattle, water buffaloes, sheep and goats using de-ticking, fecalysis and necropsy, when dead/sick/slaughtered chickens were available, and blood smear examination of large and medium size animals. Sasso chickens were infested with three different species of lice, Menacanthus stramineus, Goniocotes gallinae and Lipeurus caponis. Dekalb white chickens had ectoparasitic mites only namely, Ornithonyssus sp. and Diplaegidia sp. Only the cattle had ticks belonging to genus Boophilus. Using modified floatation method and necropsy, whenever dead/sick/slaughtered were made available, chickens revealed infections with two very common intestinal roundworms, Ascaridia galli and Heterakis gallinarum, in addition to Capillaria bursata and Raillietina sp. Intestinal worms Haemonchus contortus and Trichostrongyloides-like nematodes were isolated from cattle and water buffaloes, respectively
