This study was undertaken to determine the qualities that organizations seek when hiring their employees. It also aims to determine the performance of the De La Salle graduate in the recruitment process, assessing the perception of recruitment personnel regarding the attributes they possess and the performance in the recruitment procedure. The research method conducted was a descriptive study using two instruments, the survey questionnaire and interview method. The convenience sampling method was used and thirty respondents from various industries composed the sample of the study.
