This study entitled A PC-based eye position tracker guided high quadriplegic wheelchair using image processing with obstacle detection system will be of help to quadriplegic people to move around. A camera is used to capture the different positions of the eye. From the captured image of the eye, where different positions of the eye corresponds to a certain direction, will result the desired turn or movement. Each captured image will be processed with the help of the Visual Basic software. It does not end there.
