Coping mediates resilience and perceived stressful events. Trait resilience is one of the many innate abilities that an individual possesses. It reflects an individual\u27s ability to adapt to stressful events. Stressful life events are inevitable, may it be natural disasters, man-made accidents, environmental factors or even self. Naturally, some people would have the capacity to overcome these hardships. In line with this, various coping styles are at play to assist the individuals. A total of 160 participants, with the age pool of 18 to 47, were gathered while using pen-and-paper technique.
