The Pharmacy-to-Patient (P2P) drug monitoring : Inventory Management System and App-Enabled Medication Adherence Monitoring System consists of two studies, one to improve management of drug stocking in pharmacies, and another to develop a way to observe compliance to treatment regimens with increased reliability. Drug restocking will be based from data analysis of sales to increase the efficiency of drug flow in the inventory, thus, lessening overstocking of drugs. On medication adherence, a mobile application will be programmed to remind patients to drink their medicine in the right intervals as well as alert and send videos to DOTS representatives for proper checking.
