Depressive symptoms are something that could be experienced by anyone. There are certain types of movement therapies around the world just like tai chi, yoga, and dance that are found to help alleviated these symptoms and enhance a person\u27s overall well-being. The study aims to explore if Team Based Muay Thai has an impact on the overall well-being of a person which is connected with people experiencing depressive symptoms.
