An investigation on the differences in values and value types of business & economics students in De La Salle University, Manila

Prior research characterizes personal values as one of the factors, which affect the success of an organization. Identifying an individual\u27s personal values would enable managers to select those people who are appropriate for a particular job since values influence behavior as well as managerial and corporate strategy decisions. The researchers conducted a study to determine the values and value types of accountancy and other business students, the future leaders of organization.
