The present study attempted to identify the trends that occur in the relationship of an adopted person towards his or her adoptive parents after a reunion with the biological parents. Data were gathered qualitatively through in-depth interview. Ten non-relative adopted adults ranging from age eighteen to fifty and has met their biological parents participated in the study. Six out of ten cases resulted to a positive change in the relationship towards adoptive parents after meeting the biological parents, while four out of ten cases resulted to a no change in their relationship. Six aspects of a relationship were identified namely: (1) openness, (2) honesty, (3) support, (4) reassurance, (5) gratitude, and (6) affection
